At Jacob Hill Estates we have 7 homes we rent out as year round permanent dwellings. We are high atop Jacob Hill overlooking the Whitewater River and Beaver Creek. (Excellent for fishing & canoeing!)

Our homes are located in southeast Minnesota, 30 miles from Rochester, MN, 23 miles to Winona, MN and in the excellent school district of Plainview, MN. Plainview is the hometown for our area and only 8 miles away. With a population of 3,500 it offers many Churches, Grocery Stores, Banks, Fast Food and almost anything you may need.

Included with the rent of all of our houses is the snow removal, garbage removal, water & sewer, outdoor firepits (we supply the firewood!), gardens, & huge yards which we mow for you! / All homes include acreage.

Tired of overpopulation & city crime? Why not live in a neighborhood of graciously spaced homes(each home sits on its own 40 acre parcel) where all tenants have had criminal background checks. We have recently added video surveillance cameras to our estate entrance for your security.

        -- Will I need four wheel drive? No , An average car with average tires will be fine.
        -- Is there cable? Your TV options are Direct TV or Dish Network. Pricing is the same as cable and the product is better.
        -- What about High speed internet? Riverland Comunications, Wild blue, Hughes Net and multiple cell carriers provide high speed for as low as $39 per month.
        -- Does the school bus pick up right by our house? Yes, the school bus picks up at the U.S. mailboxes located near each house on Jacob Lane.
        -- Does Rochester City Lines run to Plainview? Yes, Rochester City Lines picks up 8 miles from Jacob Hill in Plainview.
